So you asked for crit, I'll be honest and give my opinion.

You need either better subjects, or more experimental and interesting pictures of what you're taking. Don't just take a snapshot and upload, think about your composition as you take it, try different focal lengths and exposure settings before you take your picture. Consider your lighting and better times to take them.

Also, find your way around photoshop, it's quite necessary for a lot of color editing and touch ups your pictures may need in the future.
